Tools for Teachers, by Teachers: The Literacy and Math Design Collaboratives
The Literacy Design Collaborative (LDC) and the Math Design Collaborative (MDC) were developed to support the co-design and implementation of high-quality tools for literacy and math instruction. We created this toolkit to help educators better understand the guiding principles behind LDC and MDC tools, provide examples, and share results.
In the first part of our Progress in Action campaign, we highlighted inspiring stories of educators who collaborate with their peers, ask their students for feedback on their teaching, and try new approaches to help all students succeed.
Districts and charter schools across the country are coming together in partnership, sharing best practices and resources while helping each other problem-solve with the goal of improving outcomes for every child they serve.
