With the support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Measures of Effective Teaching (MET) project was created to develop and test multiple measures of teacher effectiveness. Using data from the MET Project, this report explores how indicators can be combined to improve the accuracy of hypotheses or conclusions that are directly related to teaching, including a teacher’s impact on student achievement.
