Completion by Design, launched in 2011 and completed in 2018, focused on efforts by nine community colleges in three states to significantly boost student progression and success by reimagining key aspects of their academic programming and student services. This final report by the initiative details the struggles and successes of their ongoing effort to center every program and practice on student completion.
