He has seen how shifting the attention from his voice to his students’ voices can lead to higher levels of engagement and performance in the classroom. In this video, he explains how he gives his students choice and agency for them to learn more about the things that they are interested in. Ben understands that a passionate teacher can get their students to be passionate, too.
